Winter Ski & Snowboard Rentals

  • Our rental shop is conveniently located in Whistler Village, just steps from the Whistler Village Gondola. You'll find us inside the Crystal Lodge, directly beneath Lululemon.

  • We strongly recommend booking your rental equipment in advance, especially during peak seasons and holiday periods in Whistler. Reserving ahead helps ensure availability and the best pricing, and allows our team to have your equipment prepared for your arrival.

  • Yes. During the winter season, we encourage guests to get fitted the evening before their first day of skiing or snowboarding. Fittings for the following day begin at 4:00 PM, with the final fitting available 30 minutes before closing.

  • Absolutely. You can visit our shop for a professional fitting, and we'll deliver your ski or snowboard rental equipment directly to your accommodation for added convenience.

  • Yes. We offer rental delivery and pickup service to most hotels, lodges, and private accommodations throughout Whistler. To ensure the best fit and performance, we ask guests to visit our shop for an initial fitting before delivery.

  • Our experienced staff will help match you with the right skis or snowboard based on your ability level, terrain preferences, and current mountain conditions. Whether you're a beginner or advanced rider, we’ll make sure you’re set up for a great experience.

  • Yes. If conditions change or you'd like to try different equipment, you're welcome to exchange your rental during your stay, subject to availability.

  • Normal wear and tear is expected. For peace of mind, we offer an optional damage waiver that helps cover accidental damage. The waiver does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by gross negligence.

  • Yes. We offer discounted rates for multi-day rentals, family packages, and group bookings. For groups of 15 or more, please contact us directly for custom pricing.

  • We do not rent outerwear or ski clothing. However, rental customers receive 20% off retail purchases in-store. We carry a wide selection of thermals, base layers, socks, gloves, helmets, and goggles.

Summer Bike Rentals

  • Unfortunately, no. Bike rentals cannot be stored offsite overnight. All bike rentals begin and end at our Whistler rental shop during regular business hours.

  • No. For safety reasons, all bikes must be returned before end of business hours each day, including multi-day rentals, so our technicians can complete a post-ride safety inspection.

  • Yes. We offer helmet and body armour rentals in Whistler, including knee pads, elbow pads, and chest and back protection. These items can be rented on their own or alongside a bike rental. Helmets are always included with any bike rental.

  • Our experienced staff will help match you with the right mountain bike based on your ability level, riding style, terrain preferences, and current trail conditions.   • Yes. You can swap your bike during your rental period if you want to try a different model or adjust for trail conditions, subject to availability. Our team will help you get set up on a bike that best suits your riding style.

  • We have a limited number of locks that are available for full day valley bike rentals. We use one lock per three bikes.

  • Yes, we can swap the front and rear brakes on our Enduro, E-Enduro, and Downhill bikes. This service is not available on our Valley and E-Valley bikes.

  • Yes, we have a small supply of Shimano SPD clipless pedals available. Please let us know in advance or upon arrival if you’d like us to swap them onto your rental bike. We do not offer Crankbrothers pedals at this time.
